My insurance was canceled they said non payment. This is cobra, now cal-cobra they say. They never sent me a statement so I thought the statements came every three months because that is what I sent them before. The school district has open enrollment in November.That is when I found out the provider had changed. When I finally talked with someone the the new office, she told me to sent the same amount that I had sent the other company. They claim that if I sent them enough to catch up, My insurance would be reinstated. This makes no sense to me especially since I need the insurance now.
